摘要
随着社会主义经济建设的发展,市场竞争不断激烈,西藏越来越重视高素质全方位发展的人才,大学生不再是社会的"香饽饽"。为了提升大学生在竞争激烈的市场中的竞争力,做好就业工作指导显得至关重要,传统的就业指导工作已经难以满足时代的发展需求,本文结合个人多年实际工作经验,就大学生就业指导工作效率的提高方案展开探讨,希望能够起到抛砖引玉的作用。
Along with the development of the socialist economy construction,the market competition is unceasingly intense,Tibet is the talented person who more and more takes the high quality omni-directional development,the university student is no longer society's sweet pie.In order to promote university student's in competition intense market competitive power,completing the employment work instruction becomes very important,the traditional career guidance work is already with difficulty satisfied the demand of the time’s development.This article unifies personally many years’ practical work experience,the university student career guidance working efficiency enhanced the plan to launch the discussion,I hoped it could play the role of which offered a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas.
