摘要
跳远跳板准确性训练对于跳远运动员的成绩有决定性的作用。这里主要分析了影响跳远踏板准确性的因素,并提出了提高跳远踏板准确性的措施。
Jump athletes training springboard accuracy grades decisive role.This paper mainly analyses the factors affecting the pedal accuracy jump and the measures to improve accuracy of long jump springboard is mainly focused on improving the psychological quality.
