摘要
新一批"90后"逐步成为大学生的主流群体,新思潮、新特点对学校传统的管理模式提出了新冲击、新挑战。独立学院应该准确把握发展的脉搏,解放思想,与时俱进,在了解学生的基础上完善行之有效的学生教育管理框架,实施个性化辅导,指导大学生学业规划;树立"以学生为本"的教育管理理念,积极开展心理健康教育;同时大力加强学风和校园和谐文化的建设,并建立一支高素质、职业化、专家化的辅导员队伍,使学校得到全面、稳定、快速发展。
The new batch of 'The 1990s' students' becoming the mainstream of community college students,new ideas,new features of the traditional management of schools propose new shocks and new challenges.Independent Colleges should accurately grasp the pulse of our minds,the students in understanding the basis of improving effective education management framework,implementation of individualized coaching,mentoring students academic programs;establish the educational management of 'student-oriented',carry out mental health education positivly;while enhance campus study,and the construction of a harmonious culture greatly,and establish a high-quality,professional,expert team of counselors,promte a comprehensive,stable and rapid development to the school.
