摘要
建立了内燃机曲轴扭转振动的连续体模型和计算方法。首先构建了内燃机曲轴的连续分布当量阶梯轴模型 ,根据轴段以及集中质量的动能表达式 ,由拉格朗日方程建立了整个轴系的运动方程 ,构造了能同时用于某单一谐次或整个轴系合成振动分析的矢量矩阵。计算结果表明 ,用能量法来分析扭振与实际测量的结果在各主要谐次都保持相当的一致。
A new method for analyzing the torsional vibration of an internal combustion engine crankshaft was proposed by the Rayleigh method in this paper, in which a continuous distribution model was established and the calculation method was deduced. At first, the internal combustion engine crankshaft was simplified to a continuous stepped shaft model and the kinetic formulas of shafts and masses were constructed. By means of the Lagrange formulation, the motion equation of shafting system was deduced, and a vector matrix was constructed that could be used to analysis a single order or a whole system vibrations. The calculation results show that this method is feasible to analyze an engine crankshaft torsional vibration. Compared with the practical measurement of a 6-cylinder diesel engine, the calculated results are to be in agreement in every main order.
