摘要
F3H为星载遥感光学仪器红外通道标定和红外系统性能测试专用的空间环模设备。设备主要包括:真空容器系统、真空抽气系统、氮系统、氦气制冷系统、数据采集系统、试验管理系统等。启动氦气流程后,尺寸为2.5m×1m的冷屏的温度可以降至18K以下,真空容器内可获得优于4×10-6Pa的超高真空。该冷屏是目前国内最大的冷屏,可以供4台光学遥感仪器同时进行红外定标试验。通过试验证明,设备各系统性能稳定,运行正常,达到设计指标要求。
The experimental equipment for F3H space environment simulation is mainly used for calibration of remote sensing infrared equipment and for testing infrared systems of optical equipment of remote sensing. Its major parts include vacuum container, pumping system, liquid nitrogen system, helium refrigeration system, data collection system, and central controlling system. The helium refrigerated cro-panel with effective area of 2.5×1m , can be cooled down to 18K ,and create a super high vacuum less than 4×10-6Pa. The cro-panel, which is the largest in China, can perform calibration of 4 infrared equipments at the same time.
