摘要
文章以某卫星中心承力筒纵向振动力限控制试验为例,对力限控制试验的夹具及FMD(力测量装置)进行了介绍。通过与加速度控制试验比较,对力限控制试验引起产品一阶频率前移的原因进行分析,并通过有限元仿真探讨了力限试验夹具及FMD存在问题及改进方法,为今后国内深入开展力限试验研究提供了参考。
For force limited vibration tests in the vertieal direetion of a satellite’s centertube,the problems of fixture and FMD are diseussed.Analyses are made on the lowered resonance frequency of the center tubein force limited vibration tests as compared with acceleration eontrolled vibration tests. FEM simulations are used in the analyses.Their solutions may provide help for further research work on related problems
