摘要
文章采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,对球头一锥面连接结构在“安装”状态的密封情况进行接触分析,研究了密封面上的接触应力和密封面积随拧紧力矩的变化规律,得出了接触面上的应力、应变的峰值和分布情况,提出了安全拧紧力矩的存在范围,为此类结构的设计和装配提供了一种新的分析方法。
A contact analysis of the globe-cone joint under the operation conditions with the help of an available finite element code ANSYS is introduced.Research on the contact stresses and the seal areas caused by different tightening moments are made to acquire the stress peak and displacement peak on the contact area and conclude their distributions.The range of safe operate moments is suggested.This analysis method offers a new way for the design and assembly of globe-cone joints.
