摘要
合成式训练旨在训练出能主动、创造性开展工作,具备应付复杂治安形势能力的一流素质的警察。为此,就需要全面提高单兵作战、单个警队作战和多警种协同作战能力,包括单警岗位业务的复合训练、多警协同作战的配合训练和跨警种联合作战的合成演练。
Compound training aims to train out first-rate policemen who can actively and creatively work and cope with these complex security situations at present time.It will improve the faculty of single combat,team combat and multiple police unit combat.Compound training includes the composite training of one policeman,coordinate training of more policemen and complex training of multiple police unit.
