摘要
为了加快体育师资队伍建设,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,抽样调查分析了陕西省部分普通高中体育教师队伍的性别结构、年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、专业结构、专兼职情况、培训情况、科研情况等。调查结果显示:陕西省体育教师队伍存在数量不足,教学工作量大,待遇不高;年龄以40岁以上为主,且女教师比例过低;整体学历层次偏低,职称评定受限,专业化水平不高;专修体育项目以田径、篮球为主,缺乏多样性;接受过省级、全国级教研培训的较少;主持国家级科研项目和获得过国家级奖项的相对较少等问题。
This paper presents a comprehensive analysis on the construction of physical education faculty in senior high schools of Shaanxi Province.By applying various scientific research methods,this paper digs into the following aspects of physical education faculty:gender,age,education background,official designation,specialty,employment form,training and research fields.From the results,we conclude physical education faculty in Shaanxi Province bears such features:they face heavy workload but their treatment is not high for the lack of physical education teachers;most of the physical education faculty is over 40 years and female teachers only count for a small proportion;they generally haven't received higher education in physical education specialty;their specialties are mainly track and field and basketball and lack variety;only a limited number of teachers have had national-or provincial-level training lessons;only a small proportion of the faculty has been participated in national scientific research projects or been awarded national prize.
