报纸读者忠诚度的维度和决定因素

摘要 本文在分析报纸忠诚读者行为表现的基础上,认为报纸读者的忠诚度有行为性忠诚、情感性忠诚、认知性忠诚、意向性忠诚四个维度,其决定因素包括读者认知价值、读者情感归属、读者转移成本和读者信任感四个方面。
