摘要
原油热化学脱水工艺,是将含水原油加热到一定温度,并在原油乳状液中加入少量的表面活性剂(破乳剂),破坏其乳化状态,使油水高效分离。因其工艺简单、流程简化,工程投资少,近年来在国内外各油田得到广泛应用。为探讨热化学脱水工艺在肇州油田的适应性,以肇一联脱水站热化学三相分离器应用实例为参照,从脱水率、分离效果以及运行能耗等方面,对热化学脱水工艺的适用性进行研究,以期取得原油脱水满足净化油标准,保证伴生气和含油污水的有效分离,实现原油脱水工艺的简化,从而降低生产运行成本,节能减排的目的。试验结果显示,热化学脱水工艺技术的关键在于加入的破乳剂,应定期进行破乳剂与来液介质配伍性实验,优选高效、经济的药剂。热化学三相分离器的温度控制在60℃,加药浓度控制在45μL/L时,满足肇一联脱水站的生产需求。
Thermo-chemical dehydration technology for crude oil is to separate oil and water efficiently through heating the watered crude oil to a certain temperature and adding a small amount of emulsion splitter to destroy its emulsified state.It is widely applied at home and abroad in recent years for its simple technology,simplified process and low cost.In order to discuss the adaptability of the thermo-chemical dehydration technology in Zhaozhou oilfield,application of thermo-chemical three-phase separator at Zhao-Lian dehydrating station is analyzed on the sides of dehydration rate,separating effect and run energy consumption and so on.The dehydration technology is improved for cleaning oil and the efficient separation between associated gas and oily sewage.The simplification of crude oil dehydration is achieved,therefore,the running cost is reduced and energy saving and emission reduction is realized.The experiment results show that the key of the thermo-chemical dehydration technology is the added emulsion splitter.The experiment of compatibility between the emulsion splitter and fluid media should be made regularly for optimizing efficient and economic agent.The production of Zhao-Lian dehydrating station needs 60℃ of the thermo-chemical three-phase separator and 45μL/L of the agent concentration.
