摘要
与传统的绞纱染色相比,桑蚕丝筒子纱染色具有生产周期短、质量高、能耗低等特点。针对桑蚕丝筒子纱染色工艺中松式络筒成形困难、前处理和染色易产生色差和色花等问题,优化其相关工艺。结果表明,控制桑蚕丝单筒质量0.4 kg,络筒密度0.30 g/cm3,交叉角成30°时,筒子成形较好;采用改性茶皂素进行前处理脱胶加工,选用丽雅伦毛用活性染料EHF,在75℃条件下对桑蚕丝筒子纱染色,可获得较好的匀染效果及高色牢度。
Package dyeing of mulberry silk yarn features short production cycle,high quality and low energy consumption compared with the traditional hank dyeing.The key procedures are optimized in view of problems arising in loose winding,pretreatment and dyeing.The results show that winding formability is good under conditions of silk weight of 0.4 kg per cone,winding density of 0.30 g/cm3 and cross-winding angle of 30°.The dyed yarn has good levelness and color fastness with tea saponin degumming and reactive dyeing with Realan EHF at 75 ℃.
