摘要
采用高效多功能精练剂DM-1127代替传统助剂对全棉机织和针织物进行练漂一浴法加工,通过测试其含碱量、渗透性、泡沫性、螯合力和对双氧水的稳定性等性能,优化了加工工艺,即DM-1127 3 g/L,30%双氧水6 g/L,100℃精练40 min。结果表明,多功能精练剂DM-1127练漂效果与传统工艺相当,且成本降低,减少了含高浓度污染物的废水排放,节能环保。
The resistance to alkali,foaming property,penetration,chelation and stability to hydrogen peroxide of multi-functional scouring agent DM-1127 are tested.Cotton woven and knitted fabrics are scoured and bleached in one bath with DM-1127 instead of the traditional chemicals,and the process is optimized as follows: DM-1127 3 g/L,30% hydrogen peroxide 6 g/L,scouring at 100 ℃ for 40 min.The results show that DM-1127 features the same scouring and bleaching effects,lowered production cost and wastewater discharge compared with the traditional scouring and bleaching agents.
