工业化时期英国的犯罪问题及其治理探析 被引量：3

摘要 英国在工业化的进程中,犯罪活动猖獗,犯罪率持续上升,侵犯财产犯罪成为犯罪的主要类型,青少年犯罪不断增长并呈低龄化趋势。贫困、糟糕的城市环境、传统管理制度失效等因素是工业化时期英国犯罪快速增长的主要社会原因。面对犯罪问题的不断恶化及其引发的各种危害,人们开始采取措施对犯罪进行治理。
