摘要
结合新建太原至兴县铁路工程黄土隧道的设计,研究了普速双线铁路Ⅴ级围岩黄土隧道支护参数的合理性。通过数值分析的方法,对初期支护以及二次衬砌进行了理论分析和结构验算及工程类比法验证,得出取消拱部系统锚杆,增加锁脚锚管,初喷C25混凝土厚25 cm,Ⅰ20型钢支撑间距0.6~0.8 m,是安全可靠的。经施工实践验证,取得了良好的效果。
This paper,in combination with the design for loess tunnel on newly built Taiyuan-Xingxian Railway,researches into the rationality of supporting parameters of loess tunnel of V-grade surrounding rock for normal speed double-line railway.By means of numerical analysis,this paper performs the theoretical analysis,structural calculation and engineering analogy for the initial support and secondary lining,and reaches a conclusion that these measures are safe and reliable,such as canceling the rock bolts system of the arch,increasing the feet-locking anchor pipe,using the initial spraying of C25 concrete of 25 cm thick and supporting by I-20 structural steel under 0.6~0.8 m spacing between each other.Construction practice proves that the effects are good.
