摘要
针对尾矿坝的安全现状,特别是由于水的原因引起坝体产生渗流而导致的失稳溃坝.为了得到尾矿坝的浸润线位置以及安全控制范围,运用大型软件Ansys分析了尾矿坝不同标高时的浸润线位置及变化情况,采用水上和水下不同的物理力学参数来分别计算.结果表明:该尾矿坝溢出点均在初期坝坝顶,此处容易发生管涌导致垮塌事故,须采取相应排渗措施,来降低坝体浸润线,从而保证坝体的稳定性;分析结果为尾矿坝以后的设计和安全检测提供了一定的理论依据,具有重要的借鉴意义.
There are some safety concerns on tailings dam due to water seepage may cause its instability.In order to determine the level of saturation line and its controlling range,this study uses ANSYS software to analyze the location of saturation line and its variation at different elevations.The results show that the tailings dam spill points are at the crest of initial dam,where piping may lead to collapse accident prone.The seepage drainage measures shall be taken to reduce the dam saturation line,and thus warrant the dam stability.The analysis results provide a theoretical basis and an important reference for tailings dam design and safety test.
