人参皂苷Re酶转化的F1皂苷等产品的分离提纯 被引量:6

摘要 利用大孔吸附树脂和硅胶层析相结合的方法,对人参皂苷Re的酶解产物进行分离提纯。结果表明,65.0g的Re酶解产物经大孔吸附树脂AB-8和D-296脱糖、脱色处理后,共得干燥粗产品37.0g,得率为56.9%。采用硅胶层析柱进一步分离纯化后,共得到纯度为96.0%的Rg1皂苷11.2g,在粗产品中的得率为30.2%;得到纯度为98.0%的稀有人参皂苷F1皂苷4.75g,在粗产品中的得率为12.8%。Re经人参皂苷酶转化得到Rg1皂苷的得率为17.2%,F1皂苷的得率为7.31%。 Ginsenoside Rg1 and F1,the hydrolysates of ginsenoside Re were separated on macroporous absorption resin and silica gel column,respectively.37.0 g dry crude product was obtained after desugarization and decoloration from 65.0 g hydrolysate by resin of AB-8 and D-296,and the yield was 56.9%.After further purification by silica gel column,11.2 g Rg1 was obtained with a yield of 30.2%,and the purity was 96.0% based on HPLC.4.75 g F1 was obtained with a yield of 12.8%,and the purity was 98.0%.The yield of enzyme transformation was 17.2% from ginsenoside Re to Rg1 and 7.31% from Re to F1.
