摘要
以巴(图塔)准(格尔)铁路T梁预制为背景,介绍在寒冷干旱地区进行大规模T梁预制的技术创新工艺,采用在厂房内制梁,借鉴箱梁移梁经验用提梁机移梁,采用液压系统多点同步控制模型拼装、拆卸的液压型预制梁模板,T梁底模加底振,并采用自动张拉系统,有效提高预制T梁的质量和进度,为促进T梁预制的机械化、自动化生产积累了良好的经验;最后介绍T梁静载试验微控系统和钢筋自动加工等方面的应用情况。
With the precast T-beam of Batuta-Zhungeer Railway as the background,this paper introduces the technological innovation processes of precast T-beam's batch manufacturing in the cold and drought area,such as the manufacturing of the beams in workshop,using of box beam's experience to move the beams by girder gantry,assembling and disassembling of the hydraulic formwork of precast beam by hydraulic system's multi-point and synchronous control model,adopting of the automatic tension system, etc.As a result,these processes improved effectively T-beam's quality and schedule,and provided references to T-beam's mechanization and automation.Finally,the paper introduces the applications of T-beam's micro control system of static load test,and automatic processing of reinforcing bars.
