摘要 根据重庆市轨道交通6号线大剧院站和江北城站之间的线路实际情况,设计出曲线组合道岔,左侧为对称道岔,右侧为同侧曲线道岔,将2条线路连接起来。详细介绍该曲线道岔的结构设计,并对导曲线半径、夹直线长度、道岔布置、轨底坡超高、曲线加宽、尖轨顶面降低值、道岔转换力各项设计参数进行检算评估,得出结论:当地铁车辆以容许速度通过对称道岔及曲线道岔时,安全性与平稳性均在容许限度内。目前,该道岔已铺设于线路,解决了线路连接问题。 In light of the actual situation of Grand Theatre-Jiangbeicheng section in Chongqing Urban Rail Transit Line 6,the combinational curved turnouts were designed with a symmetrical turnout at the left and a same-side curved turnout at the right to connect the two tracks.The structure design of this curved turnouts were introduced in this paper,and relevant design parameters were calculated and evaluated,including the radius of lead curve,length of intermediate straight line,turnout arrangement,slope superelevation of rail base,curve widening,reduction value of top elevation of switch rail,and the switching force of turnout.It is concluded that the safety and stability can meet the requirements of permissible limit when the metro vehicle passes through the symmetrical turnout and the curved turnout at the permissible speed.At present,the combinational curved turnouts have been laid on the section of metro line,so the issue of tracks connection has been resolve.
