摘要
根据哈大客运专线系统集成项目及其组织特点,运用协同理论对其项目组织管理从内部和外部两方面进行深入分析,并提出哈大客运专线系统集成项目组织协同对策。建议设置动态联合组织,该组织应设立核心团队,开展协同作业,实施动态管理,并注重各阶段环节的衔接工作,以增强哈大客运专线系统集成项目的组织协同度,从而提高项目管理的工作效率和水平。
On the basis of the system integration project of Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line and in view of its characteristics in organization,this paper analyzes intensively the internal and external aspects of project organization management,and provides counter measures to cope with system integration project organization and coordination.It is suggested that dynamic joint organization be established,core groups set up,operations coordinated,dynamic management implemented and works in individual phases linked so as to consolidate the organization and coordination of the system integration project and improve efficiency and quality of project management.
