摘要
我国玉米秸秆资源丰富,年产量约2亿t,是反刍动物重要的粗饲料来源。秸秆作为饲料,限制因素是粗蛋白含量低、粗纤维含量高,如何提高秸秆饲用价值是利用秸秆作饲料的前提。为此,综述了提高秸秆饲用价值的方法,包括影响玉米秸秆饲用价值的农学因素、物理学处理方法、化学处理方法、生物学处理方法。玉米品种、收获期、与豆科作物间作及收获后秸秆贮存方式等农学因素均影响秸秆饲用价值,可以通过合理的农艺操作获得饲用价值较高的秸秆,并且简单易行;构建复合菌系转化秸秆是生物学方法处理秸秆的发展趋势。
Annual yield of maize stover in China is about 200 million tons,and it is one of the most important sources of feed for ruminant production.Low protein content and high crude fiber content make this kind of feed difficult to be utilized fully by ruminant.It is important to improve the nutritive value of maize stover for better utilizing it as ruminant feed.This paper reviews approaches to improving nutritive value of maize stover.Variety,harvest time,intercropping with legumes,and storage influence nutritive value of maize stover greatly.Physical treatment,chemical treatment,and biological treatment can improve nutritive value of stover.Establishment of consortium with ability of biotransformation stover seems to be a promising biological treatment for improving feed value of maize stover.
