摘要
实验用SAS对3个玉米品种的秸秆、压缩位置、含水率和轴向压缩方向(长轴和短轴)进行随机区组试验设计,测试样品的压应力。对4个因素进行0.05水平上的Duncan’s方差分析,得出影响压应力的主要因数是轴向压缩方向,显著率达0.036 1,决定系数达0.815 157;对轴向压缩方向直径(x)的一元多项式压应力(y)回归,得出模型:y=-3 247.52+528.43x-31.86x2+0.84x3-0.008x4,模型显著性检验概率0.038 1,决定系数达0.999 354。试验结果可为玉米机械化收获及其秸秆综合开发利用提供生物力学参考。
Corn varieties,moisture content,compression position and axial compression direction stress have very important influence of straw compression,for these four factors were randomized designing and 0.05 level of Duncan's variance analysis with SAS.making a conclusion,the influence of the main factor is stress of axial compression direction,significant 0.0361,the decisive coefficients is 0.815 157;the axial dimensions unary polynomial regression model: y=-3 247.520 832+528.437 563x-31.866 912x2+0.845 518x3-0.008 334x4,significant 0.0381,the decisive coefficients is 0.999354.
