秸秆压块过程的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以9YK-0.4D型环模式压块机模孔的结构参数为依据,自行设计了试验装置,在WDW-10E型微机控制电子式万能试验机上进行压缩试验,并利用电测技术对压块过程中秸秆在模孔内不同位置的受力、变形量和变形恢复量等参数进行测试研究,获得了相应的变化规律。试验结果表明:各次压缩过程的轴向压缩力与压缩量之间呈现指数关系变化;在同一平面上,径向压缩力与压缩量之间也呈现指数关系,且其与轴向压缩力之间呈现线性关系;对于某次压缩过程而言,侧壁压缩力在3个不同压缩平面上的变化范围明显不同;各块状秸秆经过多次压缩后其变形量和变形恢复量几乎为0,功率消耗主要用来克服压块过程中秸秆在模孔内的高压摩擦,而不是其本身的变形所消耗的能量。这对压块机压缩装置的设计和优化具有重要参考价值,对降低压块机的功率消耗和提高压块后的产品质量等也有重要意义。 Basing on the mold hole's structure parameters of the 9YK-0.4D briquetting machine,the test apparatus was designed,the compressing tests were conducted in WDW-10E microcomputer control electronics and when stalks were compressed at different places,the forces,deformation and recovering in the processes were measured using the detection technology.The parameters' corresponding laws were also obtained.The results indicated that the relationships between axial compressive force and compression were exponential in the compressing processes;in the same plane,the relationship between radial compressive force and compression were also exponential,and the axial compressive forces and radial compressive forces showed a linear relation;for a certain compressing process,the radial compressive forces in three different planes varied significantly;after many compressing processes,the bulk stalks' deformation and recovering almost took to zero,the power consumption was primarily used to overcome the friction force,and not to take their own shape.It provide theoretical references for the design and optimization of the briquetting device and was significant to reduce the power consumption and improve the product quality.
