摘要
烤烟是我国重要经济作物之一,种植面积大。烟草是以育苗移栽为主的作物,移栽是烤烟种植的重要环节,机械移栽的质量关系到烤烟的后期生长。目前,使用的移栽机主要有导苗管式、链夹式、盘夹式和吊篮式移栽机等。为此,重点分析了在移栽烟苗过程中导苗管式移栽机的优势及影响导苗管式移栽机作业质量的因素,对烟苗在移栽过程中各个阶段的运动轨迹进行了分段分析,为后续研究提供理论基础。分析认为,导苗管的倾斜角度、地轮的滑移率与移栽机的行走速度对烟苗移栽质量中的直立度、株距稳定性和漏栽率都有不同的影响。
Flue-cured tobacco is an imporatant economic crops in China,has a large planting area.In cured tobacco production,trandplanting of seedlings is a necessary operation,the quality of transplanting machine will affect cured tobacco's grow up.This research was initiate tu study the transplanter with chute's advantage relative to other type of transplanters in tobacco tranplanting.And make a factor analysis in the working quality of Flue-cured tobacco seedlings transplanting,and analyzed the trajectory in each stage for future research made theory analysis.The analysis result show that the chute's angle,the sliding ratio of land wheel,the speed when transplanter working have a real impact of a different degree in the rate of good and excellent planted seedling,the stability of plant spacing,the rate of mises hill.
