摘要
分析了内环吹和外环吹两种长丝冷却改造装置的工作原理,并研究了改造后喷丝板的设计。通过对环吹装置两种冷却方式在生产实践中的分析,探讨了两种冷却装置的优缺点。
This paper analyzed the working principle of two altered ring-blowing quenching devices of inner and outer blowing,and researched the spinneret design after alteration.Through analyzing the application of the two cooling ways,the advantages and disadvantages of them were discussed.
