摘要
莽草酸是一种重要的生物活性中间体,是合成抗禽流感药"达菲"的主要原料。本文简单介绍了莽草酸的结构、分布及药理作用,并综述了莽草酸近年来的提取工艺、生物合成途径以及化学合成方法。
Shikimic acid,as an important biologically active intermediate,is the main raw material for the synthesis of anti-bird flu virus drug Tamiflu.This review briefly describes the structure,distributing and pharmacological effects of shikimic acid.And the shikimic acid extraction progress in recent years,the biosynthetic pathway,as well as chemical synthesis methods,were summarized.
