摘要
依据标准曲线建立测定结果不确定度的数学模型,对影响测定结果的不确定度分量进行详细分析,认为测定结果的不确定度受碲标准母液、标准工作溶液、称样质量、曲线拟合影响、重复性测量等所引入的不确定度分量组成。
According to the mathematical model of uncertainty of testing result established based upon the standard curve,we have a detailed analysis of uncertainty component effecting testing result.We believe that the uncertainty of testing result is composed of the uncertainty components of Te standard mother solution,Te standard working solution,weighing quality,curve imitation influence and repeatability testing,etc.
