摘要
提出了一种自动扶梯节能改造新的思想。根据实际客流量的大小,自动调节自动扶梯的运行速度于某个设定的范围内,做到客流量越少,自动扶梯的运行速度越低。按照上述思想在实验室环境下搭建了一个试验与仿真平台,模拟真实自动扶梯在各种负载条件下的运行情况,并对其能耗进行在线分析,试验结果证实了上述思想的正确性,表明该方法可对老的自动扶梯进行节能改造提供指导方案。
A new idea for the renovation of escalator energy-saving was put forward.According to the size of the actual passenger volume,the escalator automatically adjust its speed within a given range,i.e.the less passenger volume,the slower escalator speed.Following the above-mentioned ideas,we built an experiment and simulation platform to simulate an actual escalator runnng in different load conditions,and analyze on line its energy consumation.The results verified the aformentioned idea,and thus it can provide a guideline for energy-saving renovation of the old escalator.
