摘要 目的:建立小儿麻甘颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:KromasilC18(250×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50︰50︰1);检测波长:277nm;流速:1.0mL.min-1;柱温:25℃;进样量:10μL。结果:黄芩苷在0.01256~0.1256μg内呈良好线性(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.89%(RSD为0.76%,n=9)。结论:本方法简便,准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。 Objective:To detect baicalin in Xiaoermagan granules by HPLC.Method:The Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(50:50:1) as the mobile phase,and the detection wave length was 277 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL﹒min-1,and column temperature was set as 25 ℃.10 μL was injected.Result:The good linear was obtained in the range of 0.01255 μg~0.1256 μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery rate was 99.89%,and RSD was 0.76%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Xiaoer Magan granules.
