摘要
介绍了锌合金镶嵌固体自润滑剂的轴套在9MN平锻机摆杆部位应用的情况,比原用10—1铜合金轴套提高寿命5—6倍,节省维护费用和改善环境的效果。
In this paper, the utilization of solidity self-lubricating zinc-based alloy, which is inlaied in casing pipe and applied in penduLar pole of 9MN horizontal forging machinery, is amplified on and analyzed. The facts show that not only the service life of this new material is 5-6 times longer than that of copper-based alloy,but maintenance costs have been reduced and working surroundings improved as well.
