摘要
双列圆锥滚子轴承轴向游隙用间隔圈的厚度尺寸的计算方法复杂,费时费力。针对这一问题,设计和制造了轴向游隙测量辅具来确定中隔圈厚度尺寸与修磨量,保证了轴向游隙精度。
The method to determine axial of double row tapered roller bearing by calculating the thickness of spacer was complicated and took much time and energy.To counter the fact,the auxiliary measuring device was designed and made to determine the thickness of middle spacer and grinding amount.The accuracy of axial clearance was guaranteed with this simple and efficient method.
