Study on Chitosan Reinforced BR/EPDM Blends

摘要 制备了壳聚糖填充的BR/EPDM共混胶,研究了壳聚糖对胶料硫化特性、力学性能、脱模性能及相形态的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖能协同过氧化物促进橡胶的硫化,随着壳聚糖用量的增加,硫化速度指数增大,当壳聚糖用量为10份时,在175℃,3min出现返原现象,硫化速度指数较未添加时提高了53%。添加壳聚糖较大程度影响了硫化胶的力学性能;随着壳聚糖用量的增加,硫化胶的撕裂强度直线增大,用量为5份时,撕裂强度达到19.60kN/m,较未添加时提高了近1倍;随着壳聚糖用量的进一步增大,撕裂强度存在波动性回落,但最低值达到9.57kN/m,较未添加时提高了近5kN/m。壳聚糖对硫化胶热态下脱模性能有较大影响,用量为5份时,脱模效果最好。 Polybutadiene/ethylene propylene diene methylene rubber blends filled with chitosan was prepared.The effects of chitosan on curing and mechanical properties,demouding and morphological properties of the compound were studied.The results showed that the blends had higher vulcanization rate with the chitosan content increased.When chitosan content was 10 phr,the vulcanization rate increased by 53% as compared with that without chitosan,and the reversion phenomenon occurred at 175 ℃ for 3 min.Chitosan had big influence on the mechanical properties.With the increasing of chitosan content up to 5 phr,the tear strength increased to 19.6 kN/m,and improved nearly by one time.The minimum tear strength was 9.57 kN/m and increased nearly by 5 kN/m compared with that without chitosan.The chitosan had influence on the demouding property at high temperature.The demouding property was best when chitosan was 5 phr.
