摘要
采用氧化铁/醋酸纤维复合膜(FeO/CAM)法研究厦门湖边水库水体和沉积物中生物有效磷浓度的空间分布特征,分析生物有效磷及不同类群微藻叶绿素a质量浓度之间的相关性,初步探讨生物有效磷的来源.结果表明,表层水中生物有效磷质量浓度(FeO-P)低于底层水,且均以颗粒态生物有效磷(FeO-PP)为主.表层水中生物有效磷质量浓度在南部湖湾较高;而底层水中生物有效磷质量浓度则在开阔区域较高;沉积物中生物有效磷在入水口最高.各种生物有效磷与各类群藻叶绿素a质量浓度之间表现不同的相关性.除表层水中FeO-P和溶解态生物有效磷(FeO-DP)与总叶绿素a、FeO-DP与硅/甲藻叶绿素a呈现负相关外,其余均为正相关.湖边水库中生物有效磷与人类活动干扰程度及外源输入情况密切相关.
The distribution characteristics of different forms of bioavailable phosphorus(BAP),and their correlations with chlorophyll-a(Chl-a) in water body and sediments from Hubian reservoir were investigated.The results showed that total bioavailable phosphorus(FeO-P) in surface water was lower than that in bottom water.The particle bioavailable phosphorus(FeO-PP) was the dominant form in water body of Hubian reservoir.BAP in surface water was higher in the south bay than that in other regions,while in bottom water was higher at open areas.And BAP in sediments of entry region was highest.Chl-a in reservoir showed different relationships with FeO-P,FeO-PP and the dissolved bioavailable phosphorus(FeO-DP).FeO-P in surface water had negative relationships with total Chl-a and Silicon/dinoflagellates Chl-a,while a positive relationship with Cyonophyta Chl-a.There were positive correlations between different forms of BAP and Chl-a in bottom water.The BAP in Hubian reservoir was closely related to human activities and input situation.
