摘要
针对某配用单体泵柴油机在运行中出现的油耗增加、排放变差、凸轮早期磨损等情况,建立了单体泵运动件的三维模型,通过运动学和动力学分析并结合喷油泵台架试验,指出了问题最主要根源——原单体泵凸轮型线工作段包角过小。根据这种情况和国Ⅳ排放要求对单体泵凸轮型线和柱塞弹簧等进行了重新设计。
In order to analyze the causes of fuel consumption increasing,emissions becoming worse and early wear of the electronic unit pump(EUP) cam used for a diesel engine,the 3-D model about moving parts of the EUP is built.Through analysis of the kinematics and dynamics of the moving parts and tests on a fuel injection pump test-bench,the main cause is pointed out.That is the working cam angle is so small that it can not meet the requirements for high injection pressure,high load and China stage-Ⅳ emission regulation.Therefore,the cam profile and plunger spring are re-designed.
