摘要
传统标定系统一般只能应用于近距离或远程异步的数据采集,而小型无人机飞行时需要对发动机进行实时监测和控制,才能使发动机达到最好的工作状态。因此文中改进了传统标定方式的有线连接方式,在串行通信方式的基础上添加了无线通信模块,修改了传统标定系统的上下位机程序,设计出用于飞行试验的无线发动机标定系统。经过多次飞行试验结果表明:该系统实现了对发动机的工作状态信息实时监测和在线标定,完成了电子控制单元中各种校正MAP数据的确定。文中建立的无线发动机标定系统方案,可推广应用于其他数据传输系统中。
Traditional calibration systems are generally only used in close or remote asynchronous data acquisition,but small UAV engine needs for real-time monitoring and control during flight,in order to enable the engine to achieve the best working condition.Therefore,this paper improves the traditional wired connection calibration method,adding wireless communication module based on serial communication,and modify the upper and lower machine procedures of traditional system,then design a wireless engin calibration system for flight tests.Through several flight tests it verifies that this system can realize real-time monitoring and on-line calibration of the engine's work status information,it completes the determination of variety MAP data in the electronic control unit.This article builds a good real-time wireless calibration system and can be applied to other data transmission system.
