旋转数字减影血管造影在肺癌支气管动脉造影中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价旋转DSA技术在肺癌支气管动脉造影中的价值。材料与方法:20例肺癌患者应用常规DSA检查,支气管动脉解剖情况显示不明确,进一步行旋转DSA进行检查,观察支气管动脉与肋间动脉、脊髓动脉的显示情况。结果:旋转DSA显示支气管动脉解剖优于常规DSA。8例旋转DSA图像清晰地显示脊髓动脉。20例中,右侧支气管造影中有12例支气管动脉与肋间动脉共干,其中有5例通过肋间动脉与脊髓动脉吻合;左侧支气管动脉造影中有8例与肋间动脉共干,其中有3例通过肋间动脉与脊髓动脉吻合。结论:旋转DSA技术对支气管动脉的结构显示极佳。 Purpose:To evaluate the value of rotational digital subtraction angiography(RDSA) in bronchial arterial angiography of lung cancer.Materials and Methods:Twenty patients with lung cancer first underwent conventional DSA,then RDSA was performed for further display the detailed anatomy of the bronchial artery in relation to the intercoastal artery and spinal cord artery.Results:RDSA was superior to conventional DSA for displaying detailed bronchial artery anatomy.The spinal cord artery was clearly showed in 8 patients on RDSA images.For the right bronchial arteriography,the bronchial artery was in common truck with the intercostal artery in 12 patients.In 5 of them,the spinal cord artery anastomosed with the bronchial artery through the intercostal artery.For the left bronchial arteriography,a common truck between the bronchial artery and the intercostal artery was found in 11 patients,and the spinal cord artery anastomosed with the bronchial artery through the intercostal artery was found in 6 of them.Conclusion:RDSA techniques are effective and useful in displaying detailed bronchial artery anatomy,which would be greatly beneficial for the interventional therapy for lung cancer.
