摘要
"消费者主权"是相对于生产者主权而言的,指的是消费者不受生产者欺诈、强制之下的自由的选择权。传统市场不可避免的严重的信息不对称性,以及资本逐利的逻辑,都在不同程度上影响了消费者主权的实现。而消费者主权时代的真正来临,主要是由于网络时代的到来使得实体市场向虚拟平台延伸,这一延伸极大地提升了消费者掌握信息的能力,而资本的获利逻辑也随之不得不在维护消费者权益的基础上,才能得到最充分的实现。因此,应依托国家法律所创设的公平、有序环境,建立起商家与消费者在网络平台上的积极互动,最终达到供需双方共赢的局面。
Contrary to Producer Sovereignty, Consumer Sovereignty refers to consumers' right of freedom of choice, which is exempt from producers'fraud and enforcement. Unavoidable information asymmetry in the traditional market and the logic of profit-driven capital both affect the realization of consumer sovereignty to varying degrees. The real advent of the era of consumer sovereignty is mainly due to the advent of the Internet age, in which the physical market obtains ex-tension to the virtual platform, which greatly enhances the ability of consumers to obtain timely information. At the same time, in order to make profit, capital must safeguard the interests of consumers. Therefore, people should rely on the fair, orderly environment built on the basis of national laws to establish a good interaction between producers and consumers so as to achieve a win-win situation between supply and demand.
