盾构工程渠箱下端头水平加固技术

摘要 盾构工程在始发和到达施工中需要进行端头加固,如果市政渠箱妨碍了地面加固,则盾构工程可能面临涌水涌砂的风险。文中介绍了水平注浆工法,该工法有效加固端头土体,既保护了市政渠箱,也保证了盾构安全到达。 From the shield tunneling launching shaft to the end of the construction,end-wall reinforcement should be done by the grouting technology.If this engineering reinforcement was once obstructed by the municipal channeling body,the risks of water and sand gushing to the tunnel construction would be faced to shield tunnel construction.The paper introduces the horizontal grouting processing techniques for effectively strengthening the soil mass for the end-wall reinforcement,which protects the municipal channeling body and ensures the shield tunneling construction safely at the launching and ending phase.
