分注井测试与调配联动技术的改进与应用

摘要 测调联动技术是分层注水专用的智能化测控设备,是利用机电一体化技术,以成熟的封隔器和偏心配水器为基础,不改变原注水井中偏心配水器的结构和井下其他参数的情况下,应用了新型油田分层可调注水阀、双排钢球锁定装置,使得在注水井深处,进行井下可调堵塞器的定位和调节,实现了"流量压力同步录取、实时监测、水嘴连续可调",克服了传统偏心测调工艺技术中调配效率低、测调周期长、工作强度大等缺点,从而提高了偏心分层注水井测试与调配的效率和资料的准确性。 Test-interaction technology is stratified injection for intelligent monitoring and control equipment,electromechanical integration is the use of technology to mature packer and eccentricity of the water distribution infrastructure,not to change the original eccentric injection wells for water distribution structures and other parameters Underground circumstances,the application of new oilfield injection stratified adjustable water valve,double-row Ball locking device,made in the depths of water injection wells,downhole adjustable plug for positioning and adjustment of the 'pressure flow synchronization offers real-time monitoring,continuous adjustable nozzle' to overcome the traditional eccentric measurement technology transfer efficiency in the deployment of low-cycle length measurement,and work intensity shortcomings,thereby increasing eccentricity stratified injection wells testing and deployment of efficiency and the accuracy of the information.
