摘要
目的 对肾移植急排期间红细胞免疫功能和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)关系进行探讨。方法 通过建立大鼠原位肾移植模型 ,测定 2 0只术后急排期大鼠的红细胞C3b受体花环率 (C3bRR) ,免疫复合物花环率 (ICR) ,免疫黏附促进因子 (RFER) ,免疫黏附抑制因子 (RFIR)及血清SOD酶活性、MDA浓度。并取 2 0只正常大鼠作对照组同步测定。结果 与对照组相比 ,急排组C3bRR、RFER显著降低 ,ICR、RFIR显著升高 ,且SOD酶活性降低、MDA浓度升高 ,并与红细胞免疫功能有相关性。结论 肾移植急排期间红细胞免疫功能下降 ,SOD酶活性降低 ,MDA浓度升高且呈密切相关。
Objective: To study the relationship between erythrocyte immune function and SOD, MDA in renal orthotopic transplantation of rats with acute rejection.Methods:The erythrocyte C3b receptor rate (C3bRR), immune complex rate (ICR), immune adherence enhance factor(RFER) and immune adherence inhibitor factor (RFIR) were determined in 20 renal transplanted rats with acute rejection and in 20 healthy rats. Sero superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of lipioxidatation-malondiadehyde (MDA) were also determined.Results:C3bRR and RFER were significantly lower ( P <0.01) and ICR and RFIR were higher ( P <0.01) in the transplantation group as compared with the healthy group.And there were lower activites of SOD ( P <0.01) and an obvious increase of MDA content ( P <0.01).A positive correlation between activites of SOD, MDA content and erythrocyte immune function.Conclusions:Renal transplanted rats with acute rejection show lower erythrocyte immune function, lower activites of SOD and higher MDA content.There is close relationship between the RBC immune function and activites of SOD, MDA content.It may be important to detect acute rejection in renal transplangtation.
