摘要
改革开放以来,中国经济建设取得了巨大成就,但同时也产生了大量的问题。例如,城乡之间的差距迅速扩大,地域经济发展不平衡,贫困人口逐年递增,社会主要群体日益弱势化。解决经济转轨中产生的社会公正问题已经成为国家的战略任务。具体说来,大力发展经济以增加社会财富是至关重要的,加强社会保障机制、改变“效率优先、兼顾公平”观念也是当务之急。
The Chinese economy has obtained huge achievements since the reform and opening-up,but at the same time,a great deal of development problems have appeared.For example,the income gap between the city and county is expanding,the regional development remains uneven,the poor increases year after year,the major social group in China is weakening little by little.It has become the national strategic mission to resolve the problems of social justice that emerges in the process of economical transformation.To be specific,it is deadly important for the government to speed up the further development of economy so as to increase social wealth,it is high time to change the traditional idea of “efficiency first with fairness considered ”,to strengthen its social guarantee mechanism.
