摘要
研究生思想政治教育工作是高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分。当前,高校研究生规模不断扩大,人员结构越来越复杂,思想认识呈现多元化,研究生思想政治教育工作难度增加。本文针对高校研究生的群体特点,提出了加强和改进研究生思想政治教育工作的一些措施和建议。
Graduate students' ideological and political education work is an important part of college ideological and political education work.At present,because of the constantly enlarged graduate students scale,the more and more complicated stuff structure,diversified thought and knowledge,it is more difficult to do graduate students' ideological and political education work.Based on the group features and combination with the author's work experience,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions on reinforcing and improving graduate students' ideological and political education work.
