摘要
西部高校教师不仅在西部大开发和促进西部区域经济社会发展中发挥着重要的作用,而且是西部高校成长和发展中最重要的人力资源和最核心的人力资本。为此,本文针对西部高校人力资源管理状况,特别是对西部高校教师的需要满足情况进行问卷调查和分析研究,对西部高校教师流失原因进行了客观分析和深入研究。认为西部高校教师的外在性需要与内在性需要都没有得到有效地满足;内在性需要对于西部高校教师有更重要的意义;内在性需要的满足是西部高校教师激励的重要的因素;仅仅靠满足西部高校教师的社会情感需要不是留住人才的长效机制。
College teachers in western regions not only play important role in developing and promoting local economic and social development,but also are the most important human resources and the core human capital in the growth and development of western colleges and universities.Directing at the human resource management situation of western colleges and universities,particularly,through a questionnaire survey and analysis of college teacher's need satisfaction situation,this paper analyses and studies the reasons for the serious loss of teachers in western regions objectively,points out that both the external and internal needs of college teachers of western regions cannot be satisfied effectively.The internal need is of more important significance to them.The satisfaction of it is an important factor to encourage them.It is not an effective system to keep talents only by satisfying their social emotion.
