摘要
本文分析了我国高等工程教育所取得的成绩以及存在的主要问题,论述了改革我国工程教育体系的必要性与迫切性。在此基础上,介绍了我校以往在工程教育方面的改革实践,并着重从优化理念、确立目标,抓住师资队伍这一育人的关键,探索以创新能力为核心、产学研有机结合为特色的教学模式等三个方面,提出了基于"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的我校工程教学改革的构想。
This paper analyzes the achievements and existed problems of Chinese higher education progrom,elaborates the necessity and urgency of reforming Chinese engineering education system. On this basis,this paper introduces the reform practices of IMFEC in this aspect,emphasizes on the key of optimizing concept,establishing objectives and constructing teacher's team,explores the teaching modes centered on cultivating innovative ability and characterized with university-industry-science partnership and puts forward a training program for outstanding engineer education-based teaching reform conception of IMFEC.
