摘要
在实验室用三口瓶合成了热塑性酚醛树脂,制成甲苯饱和溶液,并将其加入以苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物为主要成膜物质制备的化学铣切保护涂料中,测试了铝合金和钛合金化学铣切时不同热塑性酚醛树脂含量对浸蚀比的影响。研究结果表明:使用热塑性酚醛树脂制备的保护涂料可以得到稳定的、满足航空工业标准要求的化学铣切保护涂料,其中铝合金铣切加工的浸蚀比为1.00、钛合金铣切加工的浸蚀比为0.50。
Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene(SBS) block copolymer is utilized as the membrane of the protective coating,thermoplastic phenolics saturation solution is used to control etching ratio,and content of the additive is optimized,and the protective coating for chemical-milling the titanium is prepared.And that the relationship of etching ratio with content of thermoplastic phenolics is studied.The result shows that the protective coating could meet with the requirement of chem-milling for the aeronautics alloy material,etching ratio of chemical milling for aluminum alloy is 1.00,etching ratio of chemical milling for titanium alloy is 0.50.
