摘要
通过资料搜集、逻辑分析和客观判定等方法,对太极拳的形成与发展作了综合探析.太极拳蕴含着丰富的古典哲理,渗透着唯物辩证法的整体观、矛盾的对立统一以及矛盾双方的相互转化,这种矛盾转化对改变人体的质与形产生着极其重大的影响.
This research paper is intented to delve into the very recesses of the formation and development of shadowboxing,taijiquan as its Chinese equivalent,via various means like data-collecting and logic-analyzing with an impersonal attitude.During the exploration,you will find in shadowboxing abundant classical philosophy from the perspective of macrocosm of dialectical materialism,unity of opposites on Contradiction with its transformation from one end to the other,with serves as a significant impact towards physical diathesis and appearance.
