IMBR工艺处理生活污水中NH_3-N去除效果的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了采用一体式膜-生物反应器(IMBR)工艺处理生活污水的试验研究方法,研究了NH3 N的去除效果及其影响因素.试验结果表明:在冬季低温启动阶段及冲击负荷条件下,系统对NH3 N去除效果较差,平均去除率为32 43%.在稳定运行阶段,系统出水的NH3 N的质量浓度很低,去除率在95%以上.大多数情况下,系统出水NH3 N的质量浓度略低于上清液NH3 N的质量浓度,而当活性污泥的质量浓度较低,水力停留时间较短时,则会出现NH3 N值的质量浓度略高于上清液NH3 N的质量浓度的现象.生物对NH3 N的去除起主要作用,膜本身对NH3 N的去除作用不大.温度是影响膜-生物反应器对NH3 N去除效果的重要影响因素,经过足够长的时间进行驯化,低温下仍然能够获得理想的NH3 N去除效果. The study on domestic wastewater treatment with integrated membrane-bioreactor (MBR) is introduced and the effect of NH_3-N removal and its influential factors are discussed.The results show that in the start-up period under low temperature and fluctuating load,the effect of NH_3-N removal was not satisfied.The average removal ratio was only 32.43%.In the stabilized period,the value of NH_3-N in the effluent was very low.The average removal ratio was over 95%.The biological removal played the main role in the removal of NH_3-N,and the membrane had little effect on it.Temperature was the major influential factor in this system.The fluctuating load should be avoided to guarantee the steady run of the system.
