摘要
本文通过对图书资料管理的现状以及图书资料管理人才应具备素质的分析 ,着重阐述了培养高校图书管理人才的措施。
The author elaborates the measures of training book & data management talents in higher institutions by analyzing the current situation of the book & data management as well as the qualities that the book & data management talents should possess.
