摘要
作为一名翻译者应当明确自己的权利与义务。本文以我国著作权法律制度为基础,全面分析阐述了翻译者与译事有关的权利和义务,目的是促使广大翻译者更好地保护自己的并充分尊重他人的合法权益。
A translator must make clear his (her) rights and duties. In this paper, the author elaborates a translator's rights and duties thoroughly to help translators to better protect themselves and fully respect others' legal rights.
