摘要
在构建区域创新系统,提高区域创新能力正日益成为区域经济获取竞争优势、实现快速健康发展决定性因素的社会经济背景下,构建一流的区域创新系统是实现内蒙古现代区域发展的重要举措。本文通过对内蒙古区域创新系统构建的环境进行的系统的分析,指出无论是从整个国家的经济发展战略、内蒙古自身的经济发展趋势、还是从外生环境、内生因素来看,构建内蒙古创新系统是必然的,也是亟需的。
In constructing regional innovation system,improving regional innovation ability is becoming the decisive factor to gain competition advantage and realize rapid and healthy development.Under this social economic background,constructing top-grade regional innovation system is the important measures to realize the modern regional development of Inner Mongolia.This paper analyzes the environment of Inner Mongolia regional innovation system construction,points out the necessity and the trend of constructing Inner Mongolia innovation system from the economic development strategy of the whole nation,the economic development trend of Inner Mongolia,the external environment and internal factors.
